ORDER (Response Dates for CCANP Motions)
On February 28, 1986, CCANP filed a fifth Motion to Reopen the Phase II Record, as well as a Motion to Compel against the Applicants.
Under 10 CFR 6 2.730(c), the Applicants' responses would normally be filed on Monday, March 17, 1986, and the Staff's responses on Thursday, March 20, 1986.
Because of the imminence of the seventh prehearing conference on Friday, March 21, 1986, and confirming telephone requests made earlier today, we request the Applicants to deliver their responses so that they will be in the hands of the Board and other parties by close-of-business Monday, March 17, 1986, and that the Staff file its responses so that they will be in the hands of the Board and other parties by close-of-business Wednesday, March 19, 1986.
(All three copies for Board members should be delivered to the ASLBP office in Bethesda, MD.)
