In accordance with Section V, " Implementing Procedures," of 10 CFR 50, Appendix E, PGandE is submitting one copy of the updates to the detailed Implementing Procedures (Enclosure 3) for the Diablo Canyon Power P1 ant Units 1 and 2 Emergency Plan. These updates are listed in Enclosure 1.
Concurrently, two copies of each update are being submitted to the Document Control Desk.
Some of the updates contain privacy / proprietary information. This privacy /
proprietary information has been bracketed in accordance with NRC Generic Letter 81-27 and is identified in Enclosure 2.
