Dear Mr. Berkow:
In accordance with the provisions of 10CFR50.54 (p), Revision 16 of the Fort St. Vrain Physical Security Plan with Appendix "B", " General Criteria for Security Personnel," are submitted for review and approval os the operational Security Plan for Fort St. Vrah.
In addition, Appendix "C",
" Safeguards Contingency Plan",
is included as Revision 16, with no changes and Appendix "A",
"Special Security Measures During Refueling Operations" (Confidential), is oeing sutenitted as Revision.16, with no changes, under h
separate cover.
TNca N8' This Plan revision is in response to Reference (1) regarding proposed changes S9 to the Security Plan and Reference (2), which refers to NRC acceptance of to these proposed changes.
As a result of these letters, appropriate changes Ne have been accomplished in the Fort St. Vrain Physical Security Plan and other 88 moderate changes have been incorporated into the Security Plan, which are CQ also documented in the Explanation of Changes (Attachments 1 and 3).
