MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME FOR COMMENTS ON MEMORANDUM OF NOVEMBER 6, 1985 On November 6, 1985, these Boards issued a memorandum (Fair Warning of Citations to Other Docket)'which called for comments by the parties thereon prior to December 7, 1985.
In light of the recent, Appeal Board order of December 4, 1985, directing the holding of oral argument on a pending petition for directed certification and raising certain additional questions, the Applicants respectfully suggest that comments on the memorandum of the Licensing Boards should be deferred at this time.
