If you are a Nuclear Regulatory Commission licensee and conduct activities under- the General Licenses of Subpart C of 10 CFR Part 71, or if you are an
' Agreement State licensee subject to the requirements of 10 CFR Part 71. you are required by 10 CFR S 150.20 to implement a OA Program ap3 roved by the Commission as satisfying the provisions of Subpart H of 10 C:R Part 71. You should request renewal of your QA Program at least 30 days-before the expiration date. This will provide for continuation of your 0A Program to satisfy certain provisions of Subpart C of 10 CFR Part 71 until a final determination has been made on your application. -
Please note that there is no fee required-for renewal.
