COMMENT RESOLUTION In their vote sheets, all Commissioners approved the "no objection" finding. The Commission-(with Chairman Jackson and Commissioners Rogers, Dicus, and Diaz agreeing) approved seeking public comments on the NRC's approach, Commissioner McGaffigan disapproved pursuing public comments. Subsequently, the comments of the Commission were incorporated into the guidance to staff as reflected in the SRM issued on April 16, 1997.
