Enclosed please find two letters dated November 25 and 26.1985 from Transnuclear, Inc. with requests to amend its license application XSNM02140 to reduce the quantity of material for export From: 32.737 Kgs Uranium-235, contained in 35.088 Kgs Uranium, enriched to 93.3 w/o maximum, To: 24.258 Kgs Uranium-235, contained in 26.065 Kgs*
Uranium, enriched to 93.3 w/o maximum.

The proposed export, which will be used as fuel elements for the R-2 Research Reactor in Sweden, has been amended by Studsvik and Argonne National Laboratory after determining the new quantity would be sufficient to meet reactor requirements.
