Dear Dr. Derr:
$Ubject: I.teragency Agreement No. NRC-03-84-066 Entitled " Atmospheric Transport and Diffusion Models for ERF Appraisals, "Modif t :ation No. 2 Pursuant to the authority of the Economy Act of 1932, as amended by 31 U.S.C.
. 686, the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Comission (NRC) entered into an agrecment whereby the National Oceanic and Atmossheric Administration Air Resources Laboratory Field Research Division (AR.FRD) shall provide services for the project entitled " Atmospheric Transport and Diffusion Models for ERF Appraisals."
Accordingly, the parties hereto mutually agree to revise the following terns of this agreement:
A. UnderSTATEMENTOFWORK, PROJECT 1(FINB8683)thefollowingisadded:
Projected Completion From Initiation of Assignment
- 5. The meteorological test cases will be 9 weeks from date of run using IRDAM, ME50DIF, MESOI, contract modification ME500!F-II, and ME50PUF II at no execution additional charge for conversion from i
one computer language to another.
The total cost for this change shall be $12,000.00 B. I. Under ARTICLE III - Estimate of Cost and Obligation of Funds, paragraph B, the amount presently obligated is increased from
$40,000.00 by $12,000.00 to $52,000.00.
II. Under ARTICLE III. - Estimate of_ Cost and Oblication of Funds, parsgraph C, the amount allotted to FIN No. BE583 on Modification ,
No. 1 is corrected to read $35,000.00 instead of $40,000.00. The '
corrected amount of $35,000.00 is therefore increased by this modification from $35,000.00 by $12,000.00 to $47,000.00. )
