NUCLEAR SECURITY PERSONNEL TRAINING AND QUALIFICATION PROGRAMS REVISION This is in reference to your letter of July 24, 1985 regarding Region II l
comments on revisions to the North Anna and Surry Nuclear Security Personnel Training and Qualification Programs which were transmitted by our letters, serial number 85-164, dated April 2,1985 and' serial number 85-165, dated April 12, 1985.
We have reviewed those comment.s and have:either provided clarification or made corrections to those items of concern. Our comments regarding these changes are addressed in the attached enclosure.
Pursuant to 50.54 (p) we are submitting revised pages as Revision 8 to the North Anna Program and as Revision 9 to the Surry Program. Both of the revised programs also include more pages that have been revised as a result of further review by our Security Department.
The material enclosed herewith contains Safeguards Information as defined by 10 CFR 73.21 and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited by Section 147 of the~ Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended.
