Dear Mr. Thomas:
Enclosed are-three' copies of Appendix A to the Reed Reactor Facility Emergency Plan containing the agreement letters with Offsite Support Organizations. The letter from Portland General Electric Company represents a backup facility available upon medical indication from Good Samaritan Hospital physicians. This is the only facility of its type in the Portland Area, and its use may be necessary to evaluate the radiological status of victims of contamination incidents. It is accessed through Good Samaritati Hospital, and therefore does not appear as a saparate Of fsite Support Organization in the body of the Emergency Plan.
