By letter dated October 8,1985, your Company submitted Topical Report No. HEDE-30996-P entitled " Safer flodel for Evaluation of Loss of Coolant Accidents for det Pump and Non-Jet Pump Plants" to the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (0NRR) for revievf. Under the provisions of 10 CFR 170.21.J requests for review of topical reports and revisions or amend-ments to accepted reports are to be accompanied by c.n application fee of 4150. Subsequently, companies are to be billed at six-month intervals or when the review is completed (Section 170.12(f)) for actual costs up.
