REQUESTING FOR WITHHOLDING CERTAIN INFORMATION FROM THE NRC PUBLIC DOCUMENT ROOM (PDR)
Dear Mr. Bynum:
This letter concerns the written requests submitted on your behalf by Edward J. Vigluicci, Senior Attorney for Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA),
dated October 1, October 28, and November 14, 1996, requesting that certain information be withheld from placement in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR)..
The information sought to be withheld includes your September 19.-1996, written statement submitted in support of the predecisional enforcement i
conference conducted with you on September 23. 1996, portions of the conference transcript, and compensation data for 'certain categories of TVA-Nuclear employees provided in response to NRC questions at the conference.
Based on a thorough review of these documents and the other correspondence in-this case, the NRC has determined that none of the documents associated with' this case are subject to withholding, in whole or in part. The aforementioned documents as well as NRC documents that were previously withheld from the PDR wnding completion of the enforcement process in this case (e.g., letter from ibneter to Bynum dated August 26, 1996) will be placed in the PDR, with your home address removed, in seven days of the date of this letter..However, you should be aware that the transcript of the conference is not automatically alaced in the PDR.
Placement in the PDR would be considered should a request a made pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act.
