Pursuant to our conversation of earlier today, enclosed is a copy of the New Hampshire state emergency plan (3 of the 6 volumes applicable to Seabrook),17 New Hampshire town plans, and six host community plans. As I indicated to you, this transmittal does not include " Appendix E" (" Evacuation Time Estimate") to the town plans, inasmuch as we have not yet received that document.
Please retain these documents in the NRC Local Public Document Room for use by the public in connection with the Seabrook licensing proceeding.
