Dear Mr. Martin:
In accordance with 10CFR50.54 (p), furnished herewith are copies of Revision 10 to the Wolf Creek Generating Station (WCGS) Physical Security Plan (PSP),the Safeguards Contingency Plan (SCP) and the Security Training and Qualifications Plan (STOP).
The referenced letter transmitted drawing changes and the basis for the changes. Attachment 1 describes the reason for each text change and why these changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of these plans.
The attached doctrnents contain Safeguards Information in accordance with 10CFR73.21 and therefore should be withheld frcxn public disclosure. This letter, when separated fran the attachnents, does not contain Safeguards Information and should be handled as decontrolled.
