This letter confirms that a Predecisional Enforcement Conference will be held on April 29, 1997 at 1:00 p.m., in the Region lll Office, Lisle, Illinois. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss two apparent violations identified during the January 6 through March 7,1997 engineering and technical support inspection. This conference will be open for public observation.
