TDESDAY, SEPTEMBER 17, 1985, COMMISSIONERS' CONFERENCE ROOM, DC OFFICE (OPEN TO PUBLIC ATTENDANCE)
The Commission met with staff to discuss environmental qualification of electrical equipment important to safety in nuclear power plants.
The Commission requested that staff provide evaluations and 4
recommendations on the six plants that have, to date, requested extensions to the November 30, 1985, deadline on environmental qualification.

The Commission requested staff to provide a list of the number of items and components remaining to be qualified for all TVA plants and for plants that will not or may not complete environmental qualification by November 30, 1985.
