Operating License No. DPR-73 Docket No. 50-320 Defueling Water Cleanup System' Technical Evaluation Report Attached for your approval is'a revision to the Defueling Water Cleanup System (DWCS) Technical Evaluation Report. The primary change from that of the previously submitted revision is the capability to operate the DWCS in a mode that bypasses the filter canisters during periods of high turbidity.
