In regard to your letter dated November 25, 1985 referring to a Nuclear Reg-ulatory Commission (NRC) Survey, noting that a Quality Assurance program for receiving, transporting and disposal of radioactive material has not as yet been submitted for your office's approval.
Enclosed is a check for $150 for application fee of attached copy of South-western Engineering Co. Transportation Inst. & QA Manual to be submitted for evaluation at this date in accordance with 10CFR Part 71.127, Subpart H.
