A recent survey of material licensees indicates that you do not have a Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) approved quality assurance program.

If you conduct ' activities under the General Licenses of Subpart C of 10 CFR Part 73, a ' quality assurance program approved by the Commission as satisfying the provisions of Subpart H of 10 CFR Part 71 is required.

The essential elements bf N quality assurance progran acceptable to the staff is contained it Annex 3 of NRC Regulatory Guide 7.10.

This annex identifies guidance Specificakly applicable to users of radiographic exposure devices for activities related to procurenent, use, repair, and transport of packages.
