Revision 7 to the FNP Contineency Plan Ladies and Gentlemen:
In accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p), Southern Nuclear Operating Company submits Revision 7 to the FNP Contingency Plan. In accordance with 10 CFR 50.4(b)(4), the signed original and three copies are being sent to the Document Control Desk, and two copies are being sent to the appropriate Regional Office.
Southern Nuclear has reviewed Revision 7 to the FNP Contingency Plan, and hr determined that the l
revision does not decrease the safeguards effeuiveness of the FNP Contingscy Plan. Attachment I contains the change descriptions and the amended FNP Contingency Plan pages. provides the page removal and insertion instructions to update the FNP Contingency Plan to Revision 7.
Please note that Attachment I contains safeguards information, and should be withheld from public j
disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21.
