Dear Mr. Pingree:
This is in response to your letter dated October 28, 1985 responding to our connents following the 1985 review of your Radiation Control program.
We are pleased with the State's plans and connitments for the issuance of enforcement lettere,, and for the improvements made in other areas of the program.
In the staff's opinion, the Florida radiation control program for agreement materials is adequate to protect the public health and safety and is compatible with the regulations of the Commission.
