Background===
On 12/5/85, the licersee reported to RO:I that they found that dosemitry records for four individuals had two conflicting dose records.
The time frame of this anomaly is 10/69.
The original dose was calculated as "0".
This was revised in 2/70 to be 8, 8, 9, and 7 Rem, respectively, for the individuals.
The revised dose data has not been reflected in the individuals' NRC Form 4's.
The licensee was to complete their investigation to resolve the conflicting dose records and report the finoings and corrective actions, if necessary, to RO:I by 2/86.
