pursuit of the current direction and approaches (Option 2) for power reactor I decommissioning.

i Additionally, I believe that the support should be given to placing a resident j inspector onsite during certain decommissioning phases such as active j

' dismantlement, the staff performing an evaluation of how to achieve more ,

performance oriented approaches in decommissioning, and centralizing the decommissioning programs (reactor and non-reactor)in headquarters.  ;

Transfer of a nuclear power facility to a State should only be considered if a .
