Revision #12A provides cycle-specific limits for operating Pilgrim during cycle #12. The core' operating limits in COLR Revision #12A have been established using NRC-approved methodology provided in the documents listed in COLR Section 5.0, References, and in Technical Specification 6.9.A.4.
