I Generic Letter 85-12 concluded that the information provided by the Westinghouse Owners' Group to justify manual reactor coolant trip was acceptable.
In order to complete a Plant specific review, the referenced letter requests additional information.
Portland Cencral Electric will provide a response to address the concerns by January 31, 1986.
