MONTHLY DECOMMISSIONING COUNTERPART CONFERENCE CALL Each month the Division of Waste Management partic'ipates in Decommissioning Counterpart conference calls with NRC regional staff.
The purpose of this memorandum is to request a permanently reserved telecommunications conference line and to establish a fixed pathcode for these monthly Decommissioning o
Counterpart conference calls.
The reserved conference line should accommodate six parties and is requested for the second 7tesday of every month from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. eastern time starting July 8, 1997.
Unless informed otherwise, this request j
should extend into the indefinite future.
To illustrate the i
timing, below I have listed the dates for the monthly Decommissioning Counterpart conference calls for the period of July 1997 through the remainder of 1997.
We ask that you respond as soon as possible regarding the feasibility of establishing a reserved conference line and pathcode for our monthly Decommissioning Counterpart conference calls.
