5. C.I.3. Optional Services The Government hereby exercises its option for the contracgr to install and implement Version 3.0 of the public-domain ILS as proposed in On-Line's Best and Final offer dated January 9,1986 for

- a fixed price of $14,300.00. Work shall commence in February,1986 and be completed no later than May 31, 1986.

The Government also exercises its option to implement the serials control subsystem as proposed in On-Line's Best and Final offer dated January 9,1986 for a fixed prfr- pf $9,450.00. Work shall commence at the completion of the implenientation of version 3.0, but no later than June 1,1986, and shall be completed no later than August 31, 1986.
