I have attached a copy of our draft review plan entitled " Standard Review Plan For Evaluating Part 50 License Termination Plans (10 CFR Part 50.82(a)(9))" for your review and comment.

The staff has developed the license termination review plan to ensure that the license termination plan adequately addresses the requirements in 1. CFR 50.82(a)(9).

I am requesting your comments be provided by April 30. 1997. Note that we are also developing a Regulatory Guide on the Standard.irmot and Content of a License Termination Plan.

A draft is tentatively sche d led to be completed in December 1997.
