If you are an NRC licensee and conduct activities under the ceneral Licenses of Subpart C of 10 CFP Part 71 or an Agreenent State Licensee subject to the require.nents of 10 CFR Part 71, as required by 10 CFR Part 150.20, a Ouality Assurance Program approved by the Coimission as satisfying the provision of Subpart !! of 10 CFR Part 71 is required.
Since you no longer have a valid Quality Assurance Progran Approval, the General Licenses of Subpart C of 10 CFR Part 71 to transport or deliver licensed material to a carrier for transport are terninated.
