If you are an f!RC licensee and conduct activities under the General Licenses of Subpart C of 10 CFR Part 71 or an Agreement State Licensee subject to the requirements of 10 CFR Part 71, as required by 10 CFR Part 150.20, a Quality Assurance Program approved by the Commission as satisfying the provision of Subpart H of 10 CFR Part 71 is required.
