RADIOLOGICAL CONTINGENCY & EMERGENCY PLAN - REVISION 4 With respect to activities authorized by NRC License SNM-1097 and the commitment contained therein for review of the subject plan, General Electric Company Nuclear Fuel Manufacturing Department hereby submits Revision 4.
This revision incorporates the followings o
License conditions authorized by the NRC in SNM-1097 issued 6/29/84, o
New process commitments (UPMP) authorized by Amendments 2 and 3 to SNM-1097 dated 12/17/84 and 2/26/85, respectively, and o
Department restructuring which began in August 1984.
As the material incorporated impacts major portions of the Plan, the entire Plan is hereby reissued (with the exception of Appendix F, " Photographs, and Appendix G, " Maps", which should be transferred from the currently approved Plan).
The changes

incorporated have received prior review by the NRC; there is no p
decrease in the effectiveness of the Plan with these changes.
