Operating License No. DPR-50 Docket No. 50-289 Technical Specification Change Request No.150 On January 3,1986, GPU Nuclear submitted Tech. Spec. Change Request No.150, letter no. 5211-85-2207. Enclosed is a revised page 6-17 which should replace page 6-17 from the origiral request.
In the original 6-17 a typo was node in existing wording (3rd and 4th lines) which was not part of the proposed change.
The revised page 6-17 corrects this typo and is now consistent with the existing wording.
The attached page with this revision should be supplenented for the original page 6-17 in all copies of Tech. Spec. Change Request No.150.
Also in the above referenced letter, it was noted that a check would be sent at a later date. This letter encloses that check for $150.00.

(6) Deleted 6.9.4 ANNUAL RADIOLOGICAL ENVIRONMENTAL OPERATING REPORT NOTE: A single submittal nay be ade for the station. The submittal should conbine those sections that are common to both units at the station however, for units with separate radwaste systems, the submittal shall specifify the release of radioactive material from each unit.
6.9.4.1 Routine radiological environmental operating reports covering the operation of the unit during the previous calendar year shall be submitted prior to May 1 of each year.
6.9.4.2 The annual radiological environmental operating reports shall include sumeries, interpretations, and an analysis of trends of the results of the radiological environnental surveillance activities for the report period, including a comparison with preoperational studies, operational controls (as appropriate), and previous environmental surveillance reports and an assessment of the observed inpacts of the plant operation on the environment. The reports shall also include the results of the land use censuses required by Technical Specification 3.23.2.
If harmful effects of evidence of irreversible dange are detected by the monitoring, the report shall provide an analysis of the problem and a planned course of action to alleviate the problem.
The annual radiological environmental operating reports shall include sumerized and tabulated results in the formt of the Radiological Assessment BTP on the REMP March 1978 of all radiological environmental sanples taken during the report period.
In the event that some results are not available for inclusion with the report, the report shall be submitted noting and explaining the reasons for the missing results.
The missing data shall be submitted as soon as possible in a supplementary report.
The reports shall also include the following: a sumnary description of the radiological environmental monitoring program; a up of all sampling locations keyed to a table giving distances and directions from one reactor; and the results of licensee participation in the 6-17 Amendment Nos. 59, 44, 7/, 7/, 198 1 *2 %
