Thank you for your letter dated February 21, 1997, in response to the Notice of Nonconformance that was issued by The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) on October 29, 1996, as a result of NRC inspection of Dragon Valves, Inc., on September 23-26, 1996.
We have reviewed your reply and found it responsive to the concerns raised in the Notice of Nonconformance. We will review the implementation of your corrective actions during a future inspection to determine that full compliance has been achieved and will be maintained.
