Intervenors Campaign for a Prosperous Georgia and Georgians Against Nuclear Energy hereby propose the following discovery schedule for the admitted contentions relating to emergency response:

1. First round discovery requests shall be served by October 15, 1985.
2. Responses to first round oiscovery requests shall be served within sixty days after receipt of the discovery requests.
3. Follow-up discovery requests shall be served within thirty days of the receipt of the responses to the first round of discovery requests.
4. Responses to follow-up discovery requests shall be served within sixty days of

' the receipt of the follow-up discovery requests.

5. Depositions may be conducted at any time during or within thirty days following the discovery schedule.
