. As required by the " Agreement Establishing Guidance for NRC Inspection Activities at the Paducah and Portsmouth Gaseous Diffusion Plants Between the Department of Energy Regulatory Oversight Manager and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission," we are forwarding the following information. ,
The first enclosure being forwarded to you, addresses issues brought to the attention of the Portsmouth Gaseous Diffusion Plant Resident Inspectors. The -
second enclosure was received by the U.S. NRC Region II office from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, and refers to U.S. Department <
of Labor Case #1101856. Both issues refer to concerns raised prior to the y March 3,1997, transfer of regulatory oversite to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
