DPR-42 50-306 DPR-60 Submission of Revision 7 to the Monticello and Prairie Island Nuclear Generating Plant Security Force Training and Qualification Plan In accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(P) enclosed are five copies (nos. 3, 4, 5, 11 and 13) of a revision to the Security Force Training and Qualification Plan for the Monticello and Prairie Island Nuclear Generating Plants.
The plan has been completely reprinted and reformatted.
Existing copies of the plan should be replaced in their entirety with the attached revised copies.
Changes to the plan are indicated with side bars.
A synopsis is also attached which provides a description of the changes made.
We conclude that this revision does not decrease the effectiveness of the Monticello and Prairie Island Nuclear Generating Plant Security Force Training and Qualification Plan.
Since the revision involves Safeguards Information per 10 CFR 73.21, the revision should not be made available for inspection and not be placed in the public document room.
