If you are an NRC licensee and conduct activitics under the General Licenses of Subpart C of 10 CFR Part 71 or an Agreenent State Licensee sub. ject to the requirements of 10 CFR Part 71, as required by 10 CFD, Part 150.20, a Cuality Assurance Progran approved by the Comission as satisfying the provision of Subpart H of 10 CFR Part 71 is required.
Since you rio longer have a valid Ouality Assurance Progran Approval, the General Licenses of Subpart C of 10 CFR Part 71 to transport or deliver licensed naterial to a carrier for transport are teminated.
