PERSONNEL AND ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGES ,

J Consumers Energy Company is pleased to announce several organization changes which affect senior management responsible for operation of the Big Rock Point Plant. l Robert A Fenech has been named Senior Vice President, Nuclear, Fossil and l Hydro Operations. Mr Fenech was previously the Vice President Nuclear  !

l Operations. In his new role, he will continue as the Chief Nuclear Officer 1

for Consumers Energy, and will continue to report to David W Joos, Chief l Operating Officer - Electric. Reporting directly to Mr Fenech will be the i Site Vice President - Palisades; the Manager, Nuclear Performance Assessment; j and the General Manager - Big Rock Point.

Kenneth P Powers has been named the General Manager - Big Rock Point Plant.

Mr Powers was previously the Palisades General Manager of Nuclear Services. )

Other changes have also been made to the Big Rock Point Plant site organization reporting to Mr Powers as follows: 1 I Robert J Addy has been named Plant Manager. Mr Addy was previously Assistant Plant Manager. Reporting to Mr Addy will be the Maintenance and Outage / Work Control Groups, Operations, Chemistry and Radiological Services, Training and Engineering. ,

t Ed Raciborski has joined the Staff as Training manager. Other Management l assignments are:  !

To reflect these changes, NRC Headquarters and Region III are requested to revise mailing lists as follows:
