EXAMINATION REPORT On January 15 and 16, 1986, the NRC administered examinations to an employee of your University who had applied for a license to operate your University of Illinois Advanced TRIGA and LOPRA reactors.
At the conclusion of the examination, the examination questions and preliminary findings were discussed with those members of your staff identified in the enclosed report.
