Modification No.12 Supplemental Agreement to Contract No. NRC-04-77-134 SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN VIRGINIA POLYTECHNIC INSTITUTE AND STATE UNIVERSITY AND THE U. S. NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION THIS SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT, effective the 31st day of December,1985 by and between the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (hereinafter referred to as the
" Government"), as represented by the UNITED STATES NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION (hereinafter referred to as the " Commission"), and VIRGINIA POLYTECHNIC INSTITUTE AND STATE UNIVERSITY (hereinafter referred to as the
" Contractor"),
WITNESSETH THAT:
WHEREAS, the parties desire to modify Contract No. NRC-04-77-134 as hereinafter provided, and this supplemental agreement is authorized by law, including the Energy Reorganization Act of 1974, as amended, and the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended.
o NOW, THEREFORE, said contract is hereby modified as follows:
- 1. In Article III - Consideration, the sum "$895,279.09" is substituted for the sum "$872,541.00."
- 2. Modification No. 9 is corrected as follows:
Article IV entitled, Government Property is deleted in its entirety. The equipment listed under Appendix A in Article A-II, item (a)(2) entitled, Equipnent to be purchased or fabricated by the contractor remains unchanged.
All other terms and conditions under this agreement remain unchanged.
