q The referenced letter with attached GPDC addresses NRC cocments in our letter of December 11, 1984. We believe that the clarification in the current r-revision (revision 6) of the GPDC has essentially resolved the NRC coments in our previous letter.
y We find your definition in section 2.5 acceptable for identifying safety related systems. We agree that safety related systems should be designed to remain functional through the events listed in sections 3.2.4 and 3.2.5.
