Dear Dr. Grace:
Please refer to J. A. Domer's letter to you dated October 31, 1985 which provided our response to OIE Inspection Report 85-36 for BFN.
We indicated a procedure would be issued for the mechanical maintenance small tool repair and calibration shop that will implement all requirements. That procedure will be issued by January 17, 1986.
This was discussed between B. C. Morris at BFN and Floyd Cantrell of your staff on January 10, 1986.
