THREE MILE ISLAND UNIT NO. 2 REVISION TO APPENDIX 6 REPORT OF GPU ASSESSMENT PANEL FOR INDIVIDUALS INVOLVED IN TMI-2 LEAK RATE TESTING DOCKET NO. E0-320 Hy letter dated January 8,1986 forwarded the Report of the GPU Assessment Panel For Individuals Involved In TMI-E Leak Rate Testing.
Appendix 6 to that report contained letters to individual employees.
The letters to four employees have been revised to correct an inadvertent editorial error which omitted the phrase "or should have known". Copies of the revised letters are enclosed.
I request that the NRC withhold the revised letters from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790.
