We have reviewed the revision and find that some of the changes have the potential for policy implications; therefore, the revision has been referred to our Headquarters staff for review. The Headquarters staff will respond to you regarding this revision.
In the interim, pending your receipt of the results of the NRC Headquarters review, it is understood that The Pennsylvania State University will maintain in effect, and follow, the existing plan.
