Mr. Donald F. Schnell, Senior Vice President-Nuclear will be retiring from Union Electric on April 30,1997. As ofMay 1,1997, Mr. Garry L. Randolph will become Vice President and Chief Nuclear Oflicer reporting directly to Mr. Charles W. Mueller, President and Chief Executive Officer. All of the Nuclear Division Managers will report to Mr. Randolph. Mr.
Randolph will remain at the Callaway Plant.
