By letter dated October 7,1985, your Corporation submitted Topical itaput No. WCAP-8822-P-52/WCAP-8860-S2 entitled " Mass and Energy Releases following a Steamline Rupture" to the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR) for review. Under the provisions of 10 CFR 170.21.J. requests for review of topical reports and revisions or amendments to accepted reports are to be accompanied by an application fee of $150. Subsequently, companies are to be billed at six-month intervals or when the review is completed (Secticn 170.12(f))for actual costs up to $20,000 for each topical report or revision to an accepted topical report. Your October 7 request was not accompanied by the required application fee of $150. Therefore, your Corporation is requested to reait this application fee to our office.
