Pursuant to the provisions delineated in Section 2.201 of the NRC's " Rules of Practi:.e," Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Westinghouse herein provides, in Appendix A, formal response to your letter of December 12, 1985, regarding your Messrs. E. L. Clay's and S. Q. Ninh's inspection of our facilities conducted during the period of November 4-8, 1985.
Relative to the disclosed violation, full compliance was achieved by mid-November 1985.
In accordance with Section 2.790(d), Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Appendix A should be withheld from public disclosure.
