Revision 4, Indian Point T&Q Plan As per our phone conversation on 8/5/85, enclosed to page 11 of our recent Revision Y to the Indian Point Station, Unit 1 and 2 Training and Qual-ification Plan. As discussed, your original page 11 that was sent down with pages 12 and 13, contained a typographical error which is not corrected on the attached copies of page 11.
I have also attached a memo for file directed to Rick Keimig that explains our telephone conversation.

Indian Point Station Training and Qualification Plan -
Revision 4 - July 15, 1985 Reference is made to correspondence from Vice President, Murray Selman, dated July 17, 1985 identifying changes to the " Security Force Training and Qualification Plan" dated July 15, 1985.
It has been noted that Revision 4 con ains a typographical error on Page 11, which identifies a circled task (#7) of the Search Control Guard, which was inadvertently left out. Attached here with is correct Page #11 which identifies the typographical correction as it should be. Your original Page 11 should be destroyed.
