L l-By the December 13, 1985 letter to you from J. W. Hufham, we infortred NRC that i

the investigations of the employee concerns for the Sequoyah Nuclear Plant, as j

specified in section II of Part E to the November 20, 1985 letter from H. G. Parris to W. J. Dircks, would not be completed by December 15. 1985.

We

~

also indicated in the December 13 letter that the employee concerns would be 3

handled in accordance with procedures specified in the employee concern program. Additionally, in my December 27, 1985 letter to H. R. Denton, we j

stated that the investigation of the NSRS/0TC employee concerns should be i

completed by January 17, 1986.

He have not been able to complete these l
