change into the Millstone Unit No. 3 Technical Specification 4.8.4.2.2.

i Desuiotion of Proposed Chance Technical Specification Surveillance 4.8.4.2.2 requires testing of thermal overload protection on a periodic bases and following maintenance on the motor starter. The proposed change to the surveillance is to separate these two testing requirements into two new surveillances, 4.8.4.2.2.1 and 4.8.4.2.2.2.
